When we launched Lucullan Consulting, our team unanimously agreed that it would donate a percentage of the fees it generates to charity. We are doing this because, in a rich city like London, and working with businesses that are often centred around food and drink, it doesn't sit comfortably with us that 1.5 million adults in our capital struggle to afford to eat every day and that 400,000 children are at risk of missing the next meal. So we've chosen to support The Felix Project - a brilliant initiative which redistributes surplus food, tackles food poverty and has an inspiring education programme.
